These Chocolate Italian Biscotti are truly irresistible!
Light and flavoursome packed with large chunks of chocolate. Made to a family recipe in Tuscany, these biscotti are the ideal merenda (snack) post work or studying, with a cup of tea or coffee – to get away from it all just for a while!
INGREDIENTS: cocoa-based product in pieces (sugar, vegetable fat – coconut, fat-reduced cocoa powder 15%, cocoa butter 3%, emulsifier: soya lecithin), flour type 0 (wheat), sugar, eggs, dark chocolate 6% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavor: vanilla), butter (milk), whole milk, fat-reduced cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, yeast (corn starch, cream of tartar, baking soda), sea salt, essential oil of Italian orange. It may contain nuts, peanuts, sesame and mustard. Without preservatives and artificial colourings.
